Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds beef or lamb cut in 1 inch pieces

1 large onion finely chopped

1 T finely chopped parsley

2 cloves crushed garlic

2 T. finely chopped coriander leaves

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into large bowl and marinate for 3 hours.
Put meat on skewers and grill. Use the marinade to brush baste while grilling.

Moroccan grilled meat cubes

Servings:4 to 6
