Ingredients:
1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions:
Place cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Line muffin tins with paper liners and place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner. Fill liners 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
