Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup Crisco
1 tsp. baking powder
3 cups plain flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tsp. flavoring
Instructions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream sugar and Crisco, add one egg at a time and beat. Add flour and milk alternately and beat good. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees without opening door.
