  Cheese Straws

Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. extra sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 stick butter
Instructions:
Sift first three ingredients four times. Mix with butter and cheese. Run through cookie press. I dont have one so i roll mine out and cut with a small cookie cutter. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees, watch closely.
