Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3-4 bananas (mashed up)
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda dissolved in 2 tablespoons buttermilk
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar, add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes if you use one pan if you divide it, it doesnt take as long.
