Ingredients:
1/2 cup Lord's cracklings (or your choice)
1/2 cup plain cornmeal
Instructions:
Cover cracklings with hot water to soften. After a few minutes add meal and cracklings and water. Salt to taste. MIx should be slightly soupy. Shape into patties. Baked on greased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until brown.
