Ingredients:
1 cup Corn Meal Mix
1/4 cup flour (self-rising)
1 egg
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients, add enough buttermilk to a good spreading consistency. Pour into hot well greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 20-25 minutes.
