Ingredients:
2 cups self rising meal
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups Buttermilk
1/2 cup grated cheese
3 tblsp. butter (melted)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend all ingredients throughly. Fill well greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes.
