Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tblsp. Sugar
2 Cups Sour Milk
3 eggs (Well Beaten)
3 tblsp. Melted Shortening
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Instructions:
Sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and sugar. Combine eggs, milk and shortening. Add Dry ingredients. Beat throughly. Fill well oiled corn stick pans 2/3 full. Bake in hot oven (420 degrees for 20-25 minutes)
