Ingredients:
4 large Sweet Potatoes
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup butter
1 tsp. orange flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions:
Boil or bake potatoes, mash well, add butter, sugar, flour, extract and salt. Mix well and bake in loaf or balls on cookie sheet in moderate oven about 20 minutes.
